How much do I have to pay for a consultation?

Our physician services are covered by MSP.

There are no costs if you are a BC resident and have MSP coverage

I’d like an in-person consultation but I have small children - is there childcare available?

There is a child minding service (1: 6 ratio with an early childhood educator) available for $20/hour at our in-person location.

We are also happy to have your little ones present during your consultation

Can I request a lifestyle assessment without a weight loss consultation?

Yes - we specifically offer lifestyle assessments for patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, heart disease or stroke.

Do you provide virtual care?

Yes, we offer virtual and in-person appointments.

If you opt for virtual care we prefer video for the initial appointment, with option for telehealth or video follow up.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens - if you have an emergency, we can rebook up to two times without any additional fees.

Appointments can be re-scheduled with 24 hours notice without any fees.

My BMI is less than 30. Can I still benefit from medications like Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound?

Weight loss medications can help treat PCOS, diabetes/pre-diabetes, fatty liver, and heart and kidney disease, even if your BMI is less than 30.

Your physician will do a full assessment and make personalized recommendations.
